Mark Schaub is a systems and organization performance expert, with almost 30 years of manufacturing consulting. From factory layout and process flow, to culture revolutions that inspire innovation, Mark has successfully
engaged leaders in the automotive, medical, and aerospace industries, acting as a facilitator and coach in their transformation processes. Mark has a degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from Xavier University. Areas of expertise include leadership development, project management, and operational excellence.
