From factory layout and process flow, to culture revolutions that inspire innovation, Mark has successfully engaged leaders in the automotive, medical, and aerospace industries, acting as a facilitator and coach in their transformation processes. Mark has a degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from Xavier University. Areas of expertise include leadership development, project management, and operational excellence.
